Originally from Nashville, TN, Dr. Jose Ibarra earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Shortly after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree, Dr. Ibarra moved to Memphis, TN and received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center – College of Dentistry.

In 2022, Dr. Ibarra relocated to Houston, TX to be closer to friends and family, but also to provide dental care to the Texan community. Dr. Ibarra brings years of dental experience, and is comfortable treating patients of all ages. He is nitrous oxide certified to accommodate patients with dental anxiety, and is fluent in Spanish!

During his free time, he can be found watching the Tennessee Volunteers or the Tennessee Titans during football season. Dr. Ibarra also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, or traveling with his partner!
